剧中经典神评；比较深度，但有槽点，故四星减一星
以近乎闹剧的方式通过夺房大战展现了当代意大利社会各族群间冲突与和解。时不时会爆粗口的爷爷是影片最大亮点。演洛伦佐的小男孩长得太帅了，可惜演技平平。作为导演处女作，算是不错了，导演还在片中演了个小角色。
在片荒的2020年之后，因为很久没有看到还算有质量的恐怖片，所以把这个3星的电影给了个4星的评价
