剧中经典神评；三木聪绝对是最适合把奥田英朗小说搬上屏幕的人，都市人的心理病一旦被放大，就会出现很多出乎意料的喜剧效果。可惜脱力系最大的问题就是影片到了后半段难免因为重复段子令人疲惫，本片亦然。医院发飙那段还是没有小说有趣，不过真是难为小田切让了。
